Easel Card Calendars

I’ve been busy creating!  Today, I created 8 of these Easel card calendars to get ready to put in the mail tomorrow.  They are meant to be a year long desk calendar with 12 tear-off months for 2011 with a little note pad as well.  Once the note pads run out, more sticky notes or memo pad sheets can be added to the base.

Easel Calendar Cards

The card when closed measures 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ so it fits nicely in a standard sized envie.

I stamped the word “note:” on the memo sticky notes.

Here is what I used:

Sizzix Big Shot and Top Note die

Stampendous Clear Stamps – “Take Note”

Prima flowers

Pearl Glimmer Mist

Singer Sewing Machine

Linen thread

Wooden butterflies and blue buttons  from my stash

Hi Robyn!
I just love this calendar card!!! love everything you make btw. I would like to make one using SU DSP but I really don’t know how to make an easel card. Would you be willing to make a tutorial on one please? It wouldn’t have to be anything fancy just the plain basics using just Card Stock.

Are you still over at Life on the Scrap Beach? I’m a member but haven’t been there in ages, I taker care of my older brother who has Alzheimer’s and ,my hubby got put on the Alzheimer’s medication Aricept a year ago so I don’t have lots of time to socialize over there. They have members who show how to make the mini albums but…..YOUR VIDEO’S showing how to make them are so clear and precise!!!! I haven’t made one yet but am planning on it soon and I’ll be going by your videoe’s. Thank you so very much for making those basic video’s – I understand everything and you’ve really did a FANTASTIC JOB filming. How did you ever get them so well planned out? Well, that was a redundant question wasn’t it? lol You really had to think everything through for each video you made. Plus, you are so very well organized. I get so much enjoyment out of your video’s and I learn quite a bit too!

Keep up with the great video’s and I look forward to your next one.

Hi Robyn,
Came across your site whilst I was looking for some ideas on easel cards. Love what you have created here, very creative. I made calendars this year but this would certainly be something different for next year.

I know you used Anita’s brand of calendars, but for those that are in Australia and can’t find Anita’s brand ones, regal craft cards, they are located in Tasmania and you can google them for the web address, they do sell directly to the public and that is where I bought mine from this year.

Happy crafting everyone, and Robyn I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful creations.
