Vellum Tape Technique Tutorial
Hello ladies,
Here is the promised tutorial for the vellum flower that I did during Tim Holtz’s 12 tags of Christmas: Day 3. If you recall, I didn’t have his tissue tape, so had improvised by creating my own. You can see it here. If you’d like to see Tim’s post for that day, you can see it by clicking here.
I also used this “vellum tape” to create a lovely pleated ribbon for the bottom of my tag HERE.
Sorry for such a quick post today, it’s super late and if I don’t get to bed in the next few minutes my hubby said I’d turn into a pumpkin. I have a lot more to share with you, so will be back tomorrow. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. (((Hugs)))

Dec 28, 2010 - 04:12:10Thank you so much for sharing…I love it when I realize that I don’t have to go out and buy what I don’t actually have here in my scraproom to go on with the project. I don’t have that creativity yet…hopefully with you inspiring me, one day I will be able to say, I finally made it without buying anything! Take care and have a wonderful day!
Thanks Robyn. Great alternative. You could also print music page on the vellum if you don’t have a stamp.
Robyn,
You clever, clever girl! Thanks for sharing this. I love when I can “re-purpose” from my stash. I also wanted to take a moment to tell you how wonderful your video was. You have such a pleasant speaking voice. You give clear directions, with good direction. (Sometimes I start watching videos and become overwhelmed with Blah, blah, blah as Seinfeld would say). Thanks again and best wishes for 2011!
